Winter weddings are just the best! You never know what you might get when you start planning a December wedding but thankfully Sarah and Chris lucked out with the most gorgeous day for their winter wedding. It seriously could not have been more beautiful. We had a gorgeous surprise snow fall just two days before their wedding and then thankfully the weather turned sunny for the weekend. It was just the best! Congratulations to this sweet couple! I wish you both all the best!
As we come to the close of 2017 I just wanted to take a moment to thank all our amazing clients from this year! We truly loved working with each and every one of you. I am always amazed when I start looking at photos for these end of the year posts about how many beautiful weddings we were lucky enough to be a part of. I can’t thank our couples and their families and all our wonderful vendor friends enough for all their help and support this year. It was another fabulous year! Here are just a few of my favorites from 2017. I wish you all the very best and can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store for us all. Happy New Year!
Emily and Jason were married this Fall at the beautiful Allan House in Downtown Austin. Even though it was a rather warm day and felt more like summer than fall (Ha!) it truly was a lovely event. Thank you to Royal Fig for their always amazing service and food and to the wonderful group of vendors who made their day so special. Also a big thank you to my sweet friend Stephanie Hunter Photography for sharing these stunning photos! Congratulations Emily & Jason!

Fall at the Allan House is always one of my favorites! We kicked off our Fall season helping Megan and Jake celebrate at their beautiful September wedding. Thanks to Royal Fig Catering for all their help with this wedding. It truly was gorgeous! I loved her formal black and white color palette. It was just perfect for the Allan House setting. Bouquets of Austin helped pull everything together with their beautiful florals. Congratulations Megan and Jake!
Sarah and Eric seriously could not have been any cuter! I mean look at how adorable these two are! They are just the sweetest couple and I loved helping them put together their beautiful summer wedding at Brodie Homestead. It was so nice being indoors in late August and not having to worry about the crazy heat we were having. This adorable couple are high school sweethearts and really could not have been any nicer and so much fun to work with. They are also amazing dancers. Be sure and check out the last photos to see a glimpse of their fabulous last dance.

Excited to share this beautiful video from Michelle & James’ lovely fall wedding at Hotel Ella. Enjoy!
Kallie and Bryan were married this past summer at the beautiful Brodie Homestead. Kallie’s mom owns a company that restores antique furniture so I loved all the gorgeous pieces she and her husband made for the wedding. They made the bar (so cute!) and the barn doors as the ceremony backdrop. I have to say I loved the barn doors! They looked like they were made for the venue and were such an stunning piece to have in all their photos. Kallie’s mom is renting these out for any brides who might be interested. Be sure and check out her website for more details- Restyle by George.

Wow is all I can really say about this wedding! It was absolutely stunning! I had so much fun helping Kayla and her sweet mom, Debbie, plan her gorgeous wedding. I knew from the very beginning after listening to Kayla’s vision that it was going to be a beautiful wedding and it really was even prettier than I could have imagined. Thanks to the amazing team at Whim Hospitality for all their help in making Kayla & Marcin’s wedding such a great event. It was definitely a day to remember! Sorry for the photo overload but it was so hard to narrow this one down!

I have had the chance to help out with several small intimate weddings this year and I have to say I really loved them! There is just something so special about having just your closest family and friends there with you to celebrate your big day. So I was thrilled when Kelly and Brett hired us to help with their gorgeous wedding at Malverde. I absolutely loved this venue space! I mean it is stunning as it is so there really is no need to add a ton of additional décor and the food was just amazing so it was a win-win in my book! Thanks to Jennifer Nichols for the beautiful photos!
Ginny and Mando are just the sweetest couple I have ever seen! They met while at UT and decided to make Austin home so of course Allan House, right in the heart of downtown, was the perfect place for them to start their married life together. With all the crazy hot weather we have been having lately it really makes me miss the gorgeous spring night we had for their wedding. It was just amazing! Thanks to their wonderful team of vendors making their wedding day such a great success!
