Event Planning in Austin, Texas

Kristen + Zach at Addison Grove

Summers are usually pretty quiet for weddings around here because it is so hot and this summer that was especially true with the terribly hot summer, we had so I was thrilled that I got to help Kristen & Zach plan such a beautiful wedding this past July. These two are just the cutest couple and I loved helping them plan their wonderful Addison Grove wedding. Military weddings are some of my favorites! I loved seeing them cut their cake with the groom’s sword. So fun! Best wishes to you both on your move and all that life has in store for you! Congratulations K & Z!

What can I say about this gorgeous wedding! I mean it was just absolutely stunning! Wild Bunches always does an amazing job but they knocked it out of the park on this one. I loved Paige’s bouquet! It was one of my absolute favorites! Also, I have to say that South Congress Hotel was just fantastic and did such an amazing job making this day just perfect. Thank you to Two Pair Photography as well for the gorgeous photos! It was hard to narrow this one down so sorry for the photo overload. 🙂

Shelby + Kelly at Rambling Rose Ranch

I always love working at Rambling Rose Ranch but this wedding was especially beautiful because of the gorgeous weather we had this Spring (which I am missing so much right about now). I mean look at all the wildflowers! Well, Shelby decided to play into all the wonderful wildflowers with her floral. The pictures don’t do her amazing bouquet justice! Shelby’s sister is a florist so she made her bouquet for her and it just stunning! They also made their wildflower table numbers which turned out amazing and matched their theme just perfectly. Enjoy!

Ali + Gary at Two Wishes Ranch

I was so excited to help Ali & Gary plan their gorgeous April wedding at Two Wishes Ranch! For one, it was my first time working at Two Wishes and it did not disappoint. It is such a beautiful venue out in Lockhart. If you are looking for a modern barn feel for your wedding that is out of town but still close to Austin you should definitely check it out. I was also really excited for this one because I got to work with this sweet family again! I helped plan Ali’s sister’s wedding a few years ago and it was wonderful getting a chance to help them again. Ali knew going into the planning that she wanted it to have a casual feel with lots of floral. We had such a great team of vendors that helped it all come together just perfectly! Congratulations again A & G!

Samantha + Justin at Sacred Oaks

Samantha & Justin were married last fall at the beautiful Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy. They live in Las Vegas and have two sweet kiddos so it was a destination wedding for them and I loved helping Samantha pull everything together. As always, Camp Lucy & Whim Catering were wonderful to work with. The photos are beautiful but they don’t do the floral justice. Whim Floral did an amazing job creating Samantha’s vision perfectly. Congratulations again to this sweet family!

Katherine + Trevor at The Allan House

The Allan House is always one of my favorite venues! I love working there when they have their winter tent up as well because there are so many things you can do to the tent to make it gorgeous! Katherine added draping (which totally transforms the space) and greenery which I thought was just perfect! The vendor team for this wedding really knocked it out of the park! Wild Bunches did such an amazing job as always on the floral and a big thank you to Royal Fig for helping pull everything together so smoothly. Another big thank you to Main Squeeze Photography for the stunning photos. Enjoy!

Hailey + Gearen at Ranch Austin

I always love working at new venues and so I was thrilled when Hailey hired me to help coordinate her beautiful October wedding at Ranch Austin. We really lucked out that with absolutely gorgeous weather! After a crazy hot summer, it was just a perfect day for an outdoor wedding! I loved all the gorgeous colors Hailey picked for her floral. It all just complimented her bridal party perfectly! Love those green dresses and especially her maid of honor’s beautiful floral dress.

Isn’t this venue beautiful? I also loved all the longhorns on the property. They definitely loved getting the guests attention and spent the entire ceremony alongside the fence just watching. Congratulations Hailey & Gearen! Thank you allowing us to be a part of your big day!
