I always love working out at Camp Lucy! The venue is so beautiful (even in the crazy hot summer) and their staff is just wonderful! So I was thrilled when Nina & Matt hired us to help with their beautiful July wedding there this past summer. The colors Nina chose for her floral and dresses were just perfection! The photos do not do them justice, they were absolutely gorgeous! Thank you as always to the wonderful Whim staff for all their help making this day just perfect! Enjoy!

Sarah + Don at Commodore Perry Estate

I know I say this a lot, but this wedding seriously was one of my favorites! Sarah and Don were just the sweetest and I loved working with them and Sarah’s wonderful mom as well to help create this amazing day! This was my first time working at Commodore Perry and it was really as stunning as it looks. Their staff really went above and beyond, and everything just came together perfectly. As always it was wonderful working with Stems and their floral just helped pull it all together. I loved this color palette, and I can’t wait for fall weddings again! There are a lot of photos from this wedding because I just couldn’t narrow it down! Congratulations again Sarah & Don!

Amy + Mark at Mattie’s

Mattie’s is one of my favorites because the venue is just gorgeous and the food is always amazing so I was thrilled when Amy & Mark asked me to help them plan their beautiful Memorial day weekend wedding! I loved that Amy incorporated her love for wildflowers in their floral and into her super fun shoes! Petals, Ink did such a great job and it all just fit so perfectly with the venue. Erin + Yates at Texas Federation

What can I say about Erin & Yates’ gorgeous September wedding besides it was amazing! I will let photos speak for themselves. I had so much fun helping Erin plan and pull all her ideas together. Erin had a very classic vision in mind her wedding and Posey Events did such a perfect job creating her beautiful floral. A big thank you goes out to Austin Catering who helped create such a great menu and did an amazing job helping with all the moving parts day of. This was a big wedding to pull off and I honestly can’t say enough great things about our vendor team. They were all amazing!

Rachel + Tyler at The Chateau Bellevue

It had been a few years since I last worked at Chateau Bellevue and I forgot what a beautiful location it is right in the heart of downtown Austin. Samantha + Kevin at Camp Lucy

Camp Lucy is always one of my favorites! I mean the venue is just gorgeous and their staff is always amazing so what’s not to love! I was thrilled to be a part of Samantha & Kevin’s big day out there this summer. They were seriously the sweetest most easy going couple every and they made my job so easy. One thing that Samantha & Kevin did that I really loved (and will be suggesting to lots of couples) was to have a pre-ceremony cocktail hour. It was so nice that their guests could arrive, have a drink and mingle and not feel rushed to get to their seats for the ceremony. Plus, it gave the couple some time to relax and enjoy a drink as well to help calm the nerves. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go over at first but I honestly loved it and several of the vendors and wait staff mentioned how much they liked it as well. So hint, hint to other couples doing their planning. 🙂
Also, talk about good luck on your wedding day. Be sure and check out the beautiful full rainbow that showed up just as the couple were heading into the reception.

McKensey + Greg at The Vineyard at Chappel Lodge

Sorry for the overload of photos from this beautiful wedding but it was so hard to narrow down my favorites and this couple really will always hold a special place in my heart so I am excited to share! McKensey and Greg were supposed to get married in May 2020 but as everyone knows the entire world shut down just before their big day and they like so many others couples made the hard decision to postpone their big wedding and do just a small ceremony with family. On top of all that they also made the choice to switch venues because of the limited dates available for a new date in 2021. So to say I was excited to finally get this sweet couple married in front of all their family and friends this past Spring was an understatement!

McKensey & Greg- I honestly can’t thank you enough for all your trust in us and patience and grace along the way. You were so wonderful to work with and I just adore you both! I wish you lots of love and happiness!
